       The food and restaurant business in Vallarta is a colorful cornucopia.  This includes the over 1000 eating establishments with numerous worldly cuisines both simple and gourmet.  There are also a number of famous chefs living here who offer private cooking classes and catering for all types of events.  So where do all the ingredients for these fabulous meals come from?  What are the agricultural and aquacultural environments in this part of Mexico?  What about organic options?  Where are the best markets to shop for fresh and local?  This trip will answer many of these questions as you meet with one of our chefs who will take you to their favorite markets to help you select the ingredients for the day's lunch.  You will then return to create your meal while having the opportunity to share information and past gastronomic experiences.
