Marc Nissenson, US born in Los Angeles, California, is a third generation Mexican-American graced with dual citizenship and a desire to integrate the joys and strengths of each of the two cultures. Having lived in and visited many parts of the world, Marc has chosen to make Puerto Vallarta, Mexico his home. His professional background includes; Marketing, Real Estate Finance (holds several U.S. Real Estate licenses), and Business Consulting. His commitment to the "good life" and personal experiences with International living, uniquely qualify him to introduce, educate, and advise those interested, in finding a wonderful place to live, invest, and call home.

Sandra has traveled the world but found herself returning to Mexico more and more. She left her college marketing position in the US three years ago to live her dream of tropical paradise. Her M.Ed. and years of experience in marketing and sales, including Mexican Vacation Ownership packages plus her skills at organizing and presenting orientations, workshops, and seminars internationally have enhanced and supported her love of helping others through education and experiential adventures.
